Yarden Weiss

Yarden Weiss is a seasoned professional in business operations with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Business Operations at Pagaya since April 2022, Yarden previously held positions at ironSource from September 2018 to April 2022, including Business Operations Team Lead and Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, Yarden worked at Deloitte as an IT and Strategy Consultant from October 2015 to September 2018, and at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems as a Systems Analyst from October 2013 to October 2015. Yarden holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, earned between 2011 and 2015.
