Yuval Dano

Yuval Dano is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Data Analysis and Data Operations at Pagaya since October 2021, Yuval leads multiple teams focused on executing new policies, portfolio analysis, and quality assurance. Previously, as Data Operations Group Lead at Pagaya, Yuval oversaw production operations and analysis in the credit department, managing five teams across various disciplines. Prior experience includes the role of Data Analysts Team Lead at Zoomin and Implementation Project Manager with the Israeli Air Force, where Yuval designed and managed development processes and annual operations planning. Yuval holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned between 2010 and 2012.
