Ulisses O.

Ulisses O. currently serves as the Cloud Governance & FinOps Manager at PagBank PagSeguro since September 2021. Prior to this role, Ulisses was the Chapter Lead for Internet & Mobile Banking PJ at Itaú Unibanco from June 2020 to August 2021, and the Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Easynvest from August 2019 to June 2020. Ulisses also held the position of SRE & Observability Coordinator at PagSeguro UOL from August 2018 to July 2019, and worked as a System Specialist at Claro Brasil from July 2008 to July 2018. Earlier in career, Ulisses was a System Engineer at Raízen from January 2002 to June 2008. Ulisses holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Administration and Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completed between 2012 and 2014, as well as a degree in Solutions Architecture from FIAP, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo.
