Lauren Lilley

Lauren Lilley is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner currently working at BT Group since July 2023 and simultaneously serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Page Outsourcing, where Lauren supports the UK Delivery Function for BT Group and other clients across the UK and Europe. Prior to these roles, Lauren was with Page Personnel from August 2021 to April 2023, progressing from Associate Consultant to Managing Consultant. Between August 2020 and July 2021, Lauren held the position of Retail Operations Executive at Samsung Electronics. Lauren's career began at Sweaty Betty, where various roles culminated in an Assistant Manager position from March 2017 to July 2020. Additionally, a brief stint as a Project Management Consultant took place at AMSR in 2019. Lauren Lilley holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Tourism Management from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, earned between 2016 and 2019, and attended Strodes College from 2014 to 2016.
