Mara Gross

Mara Gross serves as the Interim Executive Director for Oregon Physicians for Social Responsibility since November 2023 and has been a Principal at Levav Consulting since December 2022. Previous interim executive director roles include positions at Call To Safety and Youth Progress, focusing on rebuilding organizational systems and staff morale. Gross has extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, having served as Executive Director of the Coalition for a Livable Future and Oregon Communications Manager at Climate Solutions. Additional roles include Policy Director in the Oregon Legislature and various positions involving legal and policy work. Gross holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Wellesley College.
