Karen Geary

Between 1998 and 2013, Karen was the Group HR Director at The Sage Group plc, Group HR Director. Subsequent to this Karen held Group HR executive positions with Wandisco, Inc based in the US and with Micro Focus International, the FTSE 100 software company, as Chief Human Resources Officer, having initially joined the business as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee in 2016.
