Jennifer Taylor

Jennifer Taylor, MSF, is a seasoned professional in compensation and people analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager at PagerDuty since February 2024. Jennifer has extensive experience in total rewards management, having held various roles at Cloudflare from March 2020 to February 2024, including Manager and Senior Total Rewards Manager. Prior to that, Jennifer worked at Procore Technologies as Manager of Compensation and at Roblox as Total Rewards Business Partner. Earlier experience includes a position as Global Compensation Business Partner at Uber and Incentive Compensation Analyst at Pure Storage. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Women's Studies from California State University, Fullerton.
