Jouella Fabe

Jouella Fabe is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and API integration. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at PagerDuty since June 2019, Jouella has successfully led the large-scale refactoring and migration of checkout workflows to utilize the Zuora orders API, resulting in reduced development time for new features. Previously, at UtilityAPI from April 2016 to May 2019, Jouella was the lead developer for a customized test platform for a utility company's Share-My-Data API and enhanced user engagement through a webhook API and email notification system.
