Manu G. is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Engineering for Operations Cloud Applications & Growth at PagerDuty since August 2021. During this tenure, Manu has successfully led the engineering efforts for AIOps, Incident Management, Customer Service Operations, and Status Pages. Previously, Manu held the role of Engineering Director at Salesforce from February 2015 to August 2021, overseeing the transformational growth of Health Cloud and managing the Salesforce Surveys initiative. Earlier career experiences include directing software engineering at Ensighten, various roles at Salesforce.com, and contributions as a software engineer at Demandforce and Caritor Inc. Additionally, Manu is actively involved as an investor and mentor in several organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Certificate of Business Excellence from the University of California, Berkeley.
