Nora Jones

Nora Jones is currently the Senior Director of Product at PagerDuty, leading Jeli.io following its acquisition. As the founder and CEO of Jeli from September 2019 to November 2023, Nora played a multifaceted role across various business functions. Experienced as an angel investor with First Round Capital, Guide, and artillery.io, Nora also served as Head of Chaos Engineering at Slack and a Senior Software Engineer at Netflix. Earlier positions include Team Lead/Senior Software Engineer at Jet.com and Technical Account Manager at Alarm.com. Nora holds a Master's degree in Human Factors and Systems Safety from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
