Peter Margulies

Peter Margulies is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Customer Success at PagerDuty, following roles as Senior Manager and in Strategic Customer Success. Previous experience includes serving as a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software and holding strategic roles at InVision and WayUp, where Peter was the Director of Customer Success. As a co-founder and CEO of Scale Model at betaworks, Peter has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Peter holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 2008.
