Mark Rice

Mark Rice, a seasoned professional with nearly 25 years of global finance, accounting, and operational experience in privately and publicly held organizations, joined PageUp as CFO/COO in November 2011, taking over as CEO in July 2019. Over a nine year career with Dell, Mark gained valuable international experience as CFO for Dell markets in U.K., EMEA, Australia, and China. In these positions, Mark pioneered costing and pricing strategies, developed financial/operational reporting systems, unified regionally dispersed finance teams, and drove significant increases in both revenue and profitability.

Permanently relocating to Australia in 2007, Mark was CFO for an Australian-based hotel and resort company where he was actively involved in the successful disposal of a significant portfolio of properties.

Mark’s role at PageUp is to accelerate the company’s expansion and drive increased agility through effective financial strategies, optimization of resources and operational excellence.

Mark holds a BSc Honors degree in Civil Engineering from University of Surrey in Guilford, U.K. and earned his status as a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales during a seven year career with Arthur Andersen.
