Robert Tsai

Robert Tsai has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Robert is currently working as a Software Manager - SRE at Near Inc since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at LogMeIn from 2016 to 2022, where they held the roles of Sr. Manager of Cloud Architecture & Data Persistence Production Engineering from 2019 to 2022 and Principal DevOps Architect from 2016 to 2019. Before joining LogMeIn, they worked at Zuora as a TechOps from November 2015 to September 2016. Robert also has experience working at RiverMeadow Software as a DevOps/Lead Operations Engineer from April 2013 to October 2015 and at Apigee - Acquired by Google Cloud as a Site Reliability Engineer from May 2012 to April 2013. Prior to this, they worked at Digital Chocolate as a DevOps/Senior Network Engineer from August 2008 to May 2012 and as an IT Manager from April 2008 to January 2011. Robert also worked at Sanzaru Games, Inc. as a System Administrator from January 2011 to August 2011, and at Solectron as a Functional Test Engineer from June 2002 to March 2005.

Robert Tsai attended The University of Texas at San Antonio from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering. In addition to their degree, they also hold certifications in Lean Technology Strategy: Running Agile at Scale from LinkedIn, obtained in October 2021, and an edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Kubernetes from edX, obtained in September 2021.
