Cahlah Chapman is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in support roles and management within the deaf and hard of hearing community. Currently serving as a Direct Support Professional and Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional at PAHrtners Deaf Services since April 2021, Cahlah previously worked as a Specialist at the Virginia Deaf And Hard Of Hearing Services Center.
