Laurent Marvy

Laurent joined PAI in 2022 as Head of Human Resources.

Laurent has significant experience of human resources and talent management at a global level, having worked across three continents. He joined from AXA where he had a long career and spent the last four years leading HR, communication and compliance for more than 25 AXA entities. Previous roles included lead positions at AXA US, AXA Asia and AXA Group.

Prior to AXA he worked at Ford Motor Company both in business and HR roles.

Laurent holds a Master’s Degree in Business & HR from KEDGE Business School and HEC Montreal. He is fluent in French and English, and conversational in German.
