Mintzu Lee

MinTzu Lee began their work experience in 2015 as a Research Intern at PRAESA, where they conducted user experience investigations and composed reports based on interviews with teachers and children. In 2016, they joined NTT Communications as an Assistant Data Consultant, where they designed and created data flows between systems and databases, while also managing projects. In 2018, MinTzu Lee joined Paidy as a Data Analyst, focusing on fraud detection, reaction, and prevention. MinTzu designed and coded detection scripts to find fraudulent transactions and collaborated with stakeholders to respond to fraud attacks. MinTzu later assumed the role of Fraud Team Lead in 2023 at Paidy.

MinTzu Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Administration from National Taiwan University in 2014. In 2013, MinTzu obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from Waseda University. MinTzu later pursued a Master of Public Policy (MPP) degree in Public Policy from The University of Edinburgh, completing it in 2015. Additionally, MinTzu has obtained various certifications, including TOEFL IBT in 2013 and TOEIC in 2017.
