Christina Marie Segro

Christina Marie Segro has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Christina Marie is currently working at Paige as the General Counsel, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Corporate Counsel at Paige from May 2020 to March 2023.

Before joining Paige, Christina worked at Brown Rudnick LLP as an Associate from May 2018 to May 2020. Christina Marie'sresponsibilities in this role included negotiating IP terms of licensing and collaboration agreements, providing strategic advice on IP matters, and managing global patent and trademark portfolios for clients.

From December 2016 to May 2018, Christina served as the General Counsel at Celmatix. In this role, they collaborated with various teams within the company, provided strategic and legal guidance on corporate, regulatory, employment, intellectual property, and compliance matters, and led the structuring and negotiating of corporate and commercial transactions.

Prior to working at Celmatix, Christina was the Assistant General Counsel at Celmatix from January 2016 to January 2017. Christina Marie also has experience as an Associate IP Counsel at Genesis Biotechnology Group from September 2011 to January 2016, where they drafted and reviewed various agreements and assisted with patent prosecution and enforcement.

Christina's earlier work experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Peer to Patent from September 2010 to May 2012, a Law Clerk at Florio & Kenny, LLC from May 2011 to August 2011, a Research Assistant at New York Law School from May 2010 to October 2010, and a Legal Intern at FORDHAM UNIVERSITY OFFICE OF GENERAL from May 2010 to September 2010.

Christina Marie began their legal career as a Paralegal at Lovell Stewart Halebian LLP from May 2008 to Jul 2009 and as an Intern at Putney Twombly Hall & Hirson LLP from October 2007 to May 2008.
