Ricardo Montalvo

Ricardo Montalvo has over 18 years of work experience, starting as a Photojournalist/Technical Director at WNYO in 2003. Ricardo then worked for SNN LOCAL NEWS 6 as a Production Manager, managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and managing a $120,000 yearly budget. Montalvo joined Dalet in 2011 and worked in various roles, such as Project Manager, Technical Support Specialist, and Deputy Director of Customer Service/Technical Account Manager, mainly handling the management of customer needs, workflow designs, and support. In 2022, they became a Sr. Business Analyst at MGM, where they managed business analysis, requirements, and budgeting. Montalvo then worked as a Product Manager II at Prime Video & Amazon Studios, collaborating with various teams to streamline operations, develop software products, and meet product launch deadlines.
