Ville Majala

Ville Majala is an experienced professional in project coordination and management, currently serving as Yhdyspintakoordinaattori and Projektisuunnittelija at Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue since November 2020. Prior to this role, Ville worked as a Regional Coordinator at Päijät-Hämeen sosiaali- ja terveysturva ry from May 2019 to November 2020. Ville also held the position of Project Coordinator for regional government reform at Päijät-Hämeen liitto between November 2016 and May 2019, where responsibilities included reform coordination, preparation, and network coordination. Earlier in 2016, Ville coordinated a RAY funded project at The Finnish Association of People with Physical Disabilities. Ville’s career began with project management and coordination of EU funded projects at Päijät-Hämeen liitto from 2011 to 2015, which involved financial management and international collaboration. Ville holds a Master's Degree in Finnish History from the University of Jyväskylä and an earlier degree from the University of Tartu.
