Rachel Hurley

Rachel Hurley currently serves as the Head of Sustainability at Paine Schwartz Partners since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions in ESG at Blackstone from September 2022 to June 2023 and at Apollo Global Management Inc. from August 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included responsible investing and ESG initiatives. Rachel's earlier experience includes working at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in a similar capacity for Apollo Global Management, as well as a financial analyst position at Partners Group. Additionally, Rachel has contributed as a teaching assistant in social entrepreneurship at New York University. Rachel's professional journey began with roles at Teach for America and Clarksdale Area Habitat for Humanity, focusing on organizational capacity building and asset development. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Entrepreneurship and Communications from New York University.
