Alysa Medina

Alysa Medina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people operations and business management. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Painters USA, Alysa focuses on aligning people strategy with business objectives to enhance workplace engagement and productivity. Previously, as Business Operations Manager at MicroGenDX, Alysa led operational improvements and collaborated across departments to drive strategic initiatives. Alysa's experience also includes roles in capital markets at Equity International, where support was provided for COO and CFO initiatives, and various positions at The LeaderShop, culminating in Resource Development Director, where leadership and community engagement were emphasized. Alysa holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Policy Studies from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Intercultural Communications from Elmhurst University.
