Sarah Hague

Sarah Hague has worked in a variety of roles in the operations and logistics industry since 2004. Sarah began their career as a Recruitment Fellow for Teach for America in 2004, and then went on to become a 6th and 7th Grade Math Teacher at KAPPA IV Middle School M302 in 2005. In 2007, they began working at McMaster-Carr as a Regional Manager - Warehouse Operations, Warehouse Operations Manager, and Finance Supervisor. From 2012 to 2013, they held the role of Senior Director, US Logistics Operations at Fab, and then Director of Logistics Operations at Fab.com. In 2013, they became the Director, NY Operations at onefinestay. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Bridgewater Associates as a Research Chief Administrative Officer, Research Technology COO, and Research Technology Mgmt Support Associate. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Executive Director, Logistics Operations at Glossier. Sarah then moved on to CoverFX in 2019 as the Vice President, Omni Channel Operations. In 2021, Sarah Hague began working at Pair Eyewear as the Senior Vice President, Operations and Vice President, Supply Chain and Operations.

Sarah Hague obtained their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 2011, with a focus on Leadership and Change, Strategy, and Global Business. From 2005 to 2007, they obtained an MS in Education from Pace University. Sarah obtained their BS in Theater and Creative Writing for the Media from Northwestern University in 2004. Sarah also graduated from Maine West High School.
