Naveed Tariq

Naveed Tariq has worked in the software engineering field since 2008. Naveed began their career at Cambridge Docs as a Software Engineer, working on the Intelligize - Precedent Check project with Asp.Net and MS SQL Server. In 2009 they moved to Confiz Solutions as a Software Engineer, working on the Sage Billing Boss project with Ruby on Rails and MySql. From 2011 to 2017 they worked at ProtonLabs as a Software Architect and Technical Lead, working on the Allocator project with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSql, Heroku, CoffeScript, Haml, Elastic Search, PL/pgSQL, CI/CD, and Sidekiq. In 2016 they joined CareAxiom as a Principal Software Engineer, working on the CareMerge project with Node.js, Express.js, MySql, PostgreSql, Rabbitmq, Redis, and Apache. From 2017 to 2019 they worked at Creative Chaos as a Principal Software Engineer, working on the Lendinghome project with Ruby on Rails (config over conventions architecture), ReactJS, PostgreSql, and Heroku. In 2020 they joined Lorryz as Vice President Of Engineering, shaping the future of Trucking with Lorryz by transforming freight digitally. Finally, in 2022 they joined PAIR Finance as a Ruby on Rails Developer.

Naveed Tariq's education history consists of three distinct educational experiences. From 2000 to 2002, they attended Hadi Foundation High School, where they earned a BS in Computer Science and Sciences. From 2002 to 2004, they attended Government College Baghbanpura Lahore, where they earned a High School degree in Pre-Engineering. Lastly, from 2004 to 2008, they attended the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, where they earned a BS(CS) in Computer Science.
