Kim Brogan Friedrich

Kim Brogan Friedrich has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Kim is currently the Vice President of Professional Services at PairSoft since 2022. Before that, they worked at Basware from 2019 to 2022, where they held the positions of Vice President of Customer Services and Head of Professional Services. In these roles, they led a team in North America and globally, focusing on business development, implementation, and client relationships for invoice automation and purchasing procurement software. Prior to Basware, Friedrich worked at Saba Software from 2015 to 2019 as a Program Director, Consulting Services Global Partner Strategy. From 2011 to 2015, Friedrich worked at Saba Software as a Senior Consulting Manager, specializing in Cloud business and project management. In their earlier role as Engagement Manager, they managed complex engagements for cloud and on-premise customers expanding their Human Capital Management programs.

Friedrich's experience also includes a role at Aon Hewitt from 2005 to 2011, where they served as a Project Manager and Requirements Analyst. Kim successfully led teams through complex projects, managed contracts, and implemented new implementation strategies to reduce project lifecycle.

At CNH from 2002 to 2005, Friedrich worked in Global People Development, leading projects and developing talent management and career development programs.

Throughout their career, Friedrich has demonstrated strong leadership, change management, and communication skills, and has consistently achieved successful outcomes for their organizations and clients.

Kim Brogan Friedrich attended Cornell University from 2000 to 2002, where they earned a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations (MILR). Prior to that, they studied Psychology at the University of Iowa from 1996 to 2000, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
