Angela has an extensive background in quality assurance, having held positions at DHL Global Forwarding from 2011 to 2023, including Quality Assurance Specialist and Quality Assurance Auditor, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with regulations governing import/export documentation. Previously, Angela worked as a Senior Logistics Specialist at XPO Logistics, Inc., and as a Billing Specialist at Spherion. Angela started the career as an Office Clerk at Mars Petcare, focusing on shipment accuracy. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from South Carolina State University.
