Mussadaq Rauf has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Mussadaq has held various roles in different companies, starting as an Audit Trainee at A.F. Ferguson & Co (PwC Pakistan) in 1983. Mussadaq then went on to work as a Financial Manager at the Agency Coordinating Body for Afghan Relief (ACBAR) from 1988 to 1990, where they were responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, and supervising accounting staff.
After that, Mussadaq worked as the Chief Accountant at Alcatel Pakistan Limited from 1990 to 1994, where they focused on system documentation designing and reporting results. Subsequently, they joined Pepsi Cola International Pvt. Ltd as a Manager of Finance & Administration in 1995, managing financial reports and general administration tasks.
In the same year, Mussadaq also worked as a General Manager of Finance at International Tobacco Machinery Pakistan Private Limited (ITM), where they supervised financial tasks for various projects and prepared management accounts. Mussadaq continued in this role until 2005.
From 2005 to 2006, Mussadaq worked as a Manager of Accounts at Emaar DHA Islamabad Limited. Then, in 2007, they joined the National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) as the Director of Finance, overseeing budgeting, monthly reporting, and treasury matters.
Mussadaq'smost recent position, since June 2016, has been as the Assistant Vice President - Corporate at PAK GULF CONSTRUCTION PVT LTD. Prior to this role, they served as the General Manager of Finance at the same company from 2009.
Throughout their career, Mussadaq Rauf has demonstrated a strong financial background and a wide range of skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and management. Mussadaq has also gained experience in team leadership and administration.
Mussadaq Rauf began their education at Saint Mary's Cambridge School from 1966 to 1975, where they obtained their Matriculation degree in Hygiene and Physiology. Mussadaq then attended Gordon College from 1976 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General. Following that, from 1980 to 1983, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance at Hailey College of Commerce.
In 1984, Mussadaq Rauf enrolled at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, where they completed their Chartered Accountant Intermediate degree in Audit, Accounting, and Finance in 1988. Mussadaq also obtained the certification of Chartered Accountant (Intermediate) from the same institution in 1985.
