İlhan Akyıldız has been working in the food industry since 2006. In that year, they founded Samos Restaurant Buyukada. In 2008, they became self-employed as a Kitchen Architect. In 2014, they co-founded Döner Plus. Since 2019, they have been the Chief Kitchen Officer at Paket Mutfak, the first ghost-kitchen initiative in Turkey.
İlhan Akyıldız holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism & Hotel Management from Kocaeli University.
