Imtiaz Naqvi - Chrp

Imtiaz Naqvi, CHRP, brings extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as Deputy Director (HR) at PTA since July 2009. Key responsibilities include overseeing all HR functions such as organizational development, performance management, and compensation strategy, along with implementing recruitment and retention policies. Prior to this role, Imtiaz held the position of Assistant Manager (HR) at POF Wah Cantt Pakistan from November 2004 to July 2009, overseeing manpower budgeting and full HR management, while also coordinating training and development initiatives. Earlier career experience includes serving as Officer Grade III at United Bank Limited, focusing on administration and performance appraisal management. Academically, Imtiaz holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, an MS in Management Sciences (HRM) and an MS in Management Sciences (Human Resources Development) from Air University Islamabad, and an MBA from the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
