Fahad Arshad

Fahad Arshad is a Network Operation Control Engineer at PTCL.Official since December 2023, providing Level I and II technical support to business operations and managing network incidents. Previously, Fahad worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Sybrid Private Limited from April to November 2023, delivering Level 1 support for Strom Fiber. Additionally, Fahad has experience as an Artificial Intelligence Researcher at the Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science (KICS) at UET Lahore in 2022, and served as a System Support Engineer at CosmoSoft in early 2020, where responsibilities included installing development-related tools and collaborating with the development team. Fahad holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Gujrat and has completed intermediate studies in Pre-Engineering and matriculation in Computer Science.
