Maggie Li

Maggie Li has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Maggie started their career at Mazars, where they held roles as an Associate, Senior Associate, and Assistant Manager. Maggie then joined PwC, where they progressed from Senior Associate to Manager and eventually Senior Manager. During their time at PwC, Maggie led and managed audit teams for a range of clients, including companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

In 2019, Maggie joined NISI (HK) Limited, a startup medical technology company. Maggie initially served as the Group Financial Controller before being promoted to Deputy Head of Group Finance. In this role, they oversaw finance teams in Hong Kong and Mainland China and was responsible for various financial and accounting functions, including internal and financial control, tax, audit, treasury, reporting, and budgeting. Maggie also played a key role in building financial models and handling fundraising processes.

Most recently, Maggie worked at Key Step Capital Limited as a Financial Controller. At the start of 2023, they joined alfred24 Global as the Group Financial Controller.

Maggie Li holds a Master's degree in Professional Accounting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, which they completed in 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from UC Irvine in 2004. Maggie Li has also obtained certifications as a Chartered Accountant from ICAEW in September 2022 and as a Certified Public Accountant from the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) in January 2012.
