Noelia Paola Giglio

Noelia Paola Giglio is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and quality management. Currently serving as subgerente RRHH at PAKTAR since August 2019, Noelia previously held the position of Responsable de selección de personal y Dpto. de Calidad at Paktar SRL from January 2011 to March 2019, where responsibilities included profiling job vacancies, drafting job postings, CV pre-selection, and coordinating interviews and pre-employment assessments. Noelia's career began in collections as a Supervisora de Cobranzas, managing a team of 65, and as an Operadora Call Center focusing on debt recovery for credit card and personal loan clients. Noelia is currently pursuing a Licenciatura in Trabajo social at Universidad Nacional de José Clemente Paz, expected to complete in July 2023.
