Mickola Wilson has a long and successful history in the property industry, starting with Teesland plc where they were the CEO for 6 years. During their time at Teesland, the company saw great success and growth, expanding to multiple European countries and increasing their AUM to £5bn. In 2007, Teesland was sold to Valad and Mickola Wilson moved on to Seven Dials Fund Management. At Seven Dials, Mickola Wilson was responsible for managing a £1.2bn fund which invested in UK commercial properties. In 2012, Mickola Wilson joined Palace Capital plc as an Executive Director and was responsible for asset management, investment and operations. During their time at Palace Capital, the company has seen great success and has increased their AUM to £2.3bn. Mickola Wilson has been a Member of the Investment Committee at The Health Foundation since May 2018.

Mickola Wilson has a degree in estate management from London South Bank University, and an Honours degree in commercial property from Kent College for Girls Pembury Kent. Mickola also has a diploma in corporate governance from the Financial Times.
