Dmitri Olivas

Dmitri Olivas is a Senior Project Engineer at Palace Construction Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing the $17M Central Park IV Condominiums project, a 3-story, 70-unit building. Previously, Dmitri served as a Project Engineer on the $26M Walden35, a 4-story, 100-unit building, and at Saunders Construction, managed the $46M Southeast Aurora Recreation Center and Fieldhouse project. Dmitri began their career as an Intern Construction Manager at Dennis Group, contributing to the $72M The J. M project. Dmitri holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, earned between 2017 and 2021, and attended Colorado Mesa University from January 2013 to May 2015.
