Cascade Pickering

Cascade Pickering has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career as a Telephone Research Interviewer at Western Watts in 1998. In 2001, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at World Wide Software, followed by a role as a Sales Representative for Tupperware. They then worked as a Consultant for several small businesses, providing advice on strategy, team building, culture, finances, and budgeting.

In 2002, Cascade joined Citigroup Primerica as a Sales Representative, where they presented financial management, insurance, and loan solutions to clients. They also assisted with recruiting new sales representatives. They continued their self-employment as a Property Manager, establishing rental rates, marketing vacancies, and negotiating leases.

In 2008, Cascade started working as a Private Tutor, researching and recommending learning materials, participating in training sessions, and monitoring student performance. They also freelanced as a Graphic Designer at CreatureSoft, designing art for computer games and collaborating with clients on timelines and designs.

Cascade's next role was as a Property Manager in their self-employment, where they once again established rental rates, marketed vacancies, and negotiated leases. They were also involved in consulting for small business service professionals.

In 2011, Cascade became the President & CEO of PALADIN & ARCHER Software Systems. They provided executive management guidance and analysis of budgets and financial reports. They also developed policies and procedures to improve the overall effectiveness of the business. Additionally, Cascade served as a Principal Consultant, advising small business service professionals and providing administrative and clerical support.

Cascade Pickering attended Salt Lake Community College from 2005 to 2007, where they studied General Studies and earned an Associate's degree.
