Director Of Engineering at Paladin Drones

Kha Dan is currently the Director of Engineering and Lead Engineer at Paladin, overseeing product development, testing, and manufacturing of UAV products since August 2022. Prior to this, Kha Dan served as an Embedded Controls Engineer at Climate Robotics and worked as a Research Engineer at Mississippi State University focused on autonomous robotics for precision agriculture under the guidance of Alex Thomasson. Experience also includes serving as an Electronics and Controls Engineer at DraftCrafters LLC, where responsibilities involved designing wireless sensing modules and control algorithms for a robotic beer dispensing system. Additionally, Kha Dan completed a Control Engineer co-op at PACCAR Engine Company, where improvements in machine efficiency were achieved through data analysis and collaboration. Kha Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mississippi State University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
