Kelsey Mercer

Kelsey Mercer has a diverse work experience in human resources, recruitment, and operations. Starting in 2010 at About Staffing as a Temporary Office Assistant, they then moved on to roles at Northstar Drillstem Testers as HR, Training & Operations Administrator. Kelsey also worked at Paladin Security Group Ltd in various HR positions, such as Healthcare People and Culture Team Lead and Regional Employee Care Coordinator. Currently, they hold the position of Recruitment Lead at FLINT Corp. Their roles have involved tasks such as payroll, recruiting, employee care coordination, and overseeing operations.
