Daniel Thillens

Daniel Thillens is an accomplished project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management at Paladin Technologies since April 2018, Daniel previously held roles such as Operations Manager at AVI Systems, where oversight was provided for 200-300 projects annually valued at over $20 million. As a Project Manager at South Pointe Construction, Daniel successfully managed a 15-acre estate build in Southern California, focusing on land development and subcontractor negotiations. Additionally, as the owner of AV-Tech, consulting and management services were delivered for luxury residential estates across the United States, and at Elite Technologies, Inc, Daniel specialized in managing technology for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, training and mentoring staff.
