William Pardonche

William Pardonche has extensive work experience in the security industry. William currently works at PalAmerican Security as a Security Account Manager, where they manage security at multiple sites and oversees the hiring, training, and scheduling of security staff. Before this, they worked at Allied Universal as a Security Account Manager, where they were responsible for security at three sites and handled various administrative tasks. Prior to that, they were unemployed for a period of time. William also worked at Royal Cup Coffee as a Customer Care Associate before being let go due to COVID. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Abrazo Community Health Network, Securitas, Allied Barton Security/Abrazo Health, Securitas/Northern Trust, and Banner Health, where they gained experience in security management, staff supervision, and facility security systems.

William Pardonche has a degree in General Studies from AZ. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications: CPR/First Aid/AED 2017 from Heart Savers CPR First AID Educational Services and an AZ Guard Card from DPS in June 2015.
