Luca Grippa

Luca Grippa is a skilled technology professional with a robust background in software engineering and deployment. Currently serving as a Forward Deployed Engineer at Palantir Technologies since July 2025, Luca previously held positions at Coalition, Inc. as a Software Engineer II and Software Engineer I from March 2022 to June 2025. Earlier experience includes a Software Engineer Intern role at GoVyrl, Inc. and a Lead Campus Ambassador at Twenty. Additionally, Luca co-founded Shop Fresh Seafood, which provided fresh seafood delivery to local communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Luca earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Delaware, completing the degree in May 2021.
