Siena Cizdziel

Siena Cizdziel is a Forward Deployed Software Engineer at Palantir Technologies since July 2023. Previously, Siena served as an Undergraduate Learning Assistant in the Computer Science Department at Yale University from February 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included holding office hours and grading assignments for courses such as Introduction to Computer Science and Algorithms. Additional experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant for CS50, a Software Engineer Intern at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, a Research Assistant at the Yale School of Medicine, and a Private Equity Summer Intern at Searchlight Capital Partners. Siena gained foundational finance knowledge through the Girls Who Invest program and showcased technical skills by developing a market-making bot during an INSIGHT program at Jane Street. Siena holds a BS in Computer Science from Yale University and has participated in specialized programs focused on innovative thinking and climate change solutions at the Yale School of Management.
