Paloma Linares

Paloma Linares is an experienced library and youth program professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Library Associate III at Palatine Library District since September 2020, Paloma coordinates summer and winter reading programs and hosts youth programming. Previous roles include Library Associate II, Bilingual Wish Experience Architect at Make-A-Wish® Illinois, and Youth Program Manager at St. Joseph Services, where Paloma managed out-of-school programs, supervised staff, and engaged with families. Earlier experience includes serving as a Family Literacy Program Facilitator and Floor Supervisor at Spherion. Paloma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
