Karissa Torntore

Karissa Torntore has over 12 years of work experience. Karissa began their career in 2009 at Healthsense, Inc. as a Call Center Representative, then was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor and eventually Customer Relationship Manager. In 2017, they moved to GreatCall as an Associate Account Manager. In 2019, they joined Best Buy Health as a Virtual Care Account Manager. Most recently, they joined PalCare in 2021 as their Customer Experience Manager and was later promoted to Customer Experience Director.

Karissa Torntore obtained their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix in 2012. In February 2019, they earned their Certified Customer Success Manager Level One certification from SuccessHACKER.
