Mark S. Whitehouse has extensive work experience in human resources. Additionally, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Business and International Human Resources from Trinity University in Gwent, Wales UK, during the period of 1989 to 1992. Lastly, they attended St. John's College from 1979 to 1985, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Administration.
