George C. Kapetanakis

George C. Kapetanakis is a Strain Engineer Lead and Research and Innovation Scientist at Paleo since May 2022. Prior to this role, George served as a PhD candidate at the Université libre de Bruxelles from October 2017 to June 2022, focusing on Molecular Microbiology and Physiology. George earned a Master of Science in Microbial Biotechnology from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon from 2014 to 2016 and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the same institution from 2009 to 2014.
