Linda Paz

Linda Paz is an experienced food scientist currently serving as the Food Science Lead for Customer Technical Support at Paleo since August 2023. Previously, Linda worked at Peace of Meat from September 2020 to April 2023, in roles that included Food Scientist and Food Science Fellow, focusing on plant-based meat alternatives and cellular agriculture. Additional experience includes serving as Food Science Project Manager at MeaTech from May 2021 to June 2022 and completing an internship at Barry Callebaut Group, where sensory analysis and chocolate product development were key responsibilities. Linda holds a European Master of Science in Food Science, Technology and Business (BIFTEC) from both KU Leuven and Hochschule Anhalt.
