Sarah Goran Kelly

Sarah Goran has over eight years of experience in quality assurance and food safety, currently serving as Specification Manager at Palermo's Pizza since September 2017. Previous roles include Quality Systems Manager and Food Safety Coordinator, demonstrating expertise in HACCP and SQF standards, along with hands-on experience conducting audits and managing quality control procedures. Prior to Palermo's Pizza, Sarah held the position of Quality Assurance Supervisor at Klement Sausage Co, where responsibilities encompassed monitoring HACCP documentation, chemistry analysis of products, and collaboration with USDA inspectors. Early career experience also includes roles at Nature's Path Foods, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, and Walgreens, displaying a diverse skill set in customer service and technical support. Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2015.
