Marc Sogués serves as the Manufacturing & Service Manager and previously held the title of Production and Manufacturing Engineer at Palex Medical since May 2022. Responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing inventory with an innovative RFID-based Kanban system, ensuring efficient stock levels, and coordinating maintenance for company products. Prior experience includes a role in Maintenance Planning Management at TMB, focusing on automation and strategic enhancement of electric bus fleet availability, and as a Crash Test Supervisor at Applu+ IDIADA, where Marc coordinated test executions for vehicle components.
