Bhuvan Joshi is currently the Head of HR at PALFINGER MARINE and is responsible for overseeing HR functions in GCC locations. With a background in talent management, recruitment, and HR consulting, Bhuvan has experience in developing HR structures, employee engagement programs, and aligning human capital with organizational goals. Bhuvan also holds a PGP in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
