Martin Rehling

Martin Rehling has extensive work experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Martin is currently the Managing Director of Palfinger Europe, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Plant Manager at Palfinger AG's lead plant in Lengau, managing over 1,000 employees and overseeing various functions such as fabrication, painting technology, assembly, installation, logistics, spare part center, and apprentice training center.

Before joining Palfinger AG, Martin Rehling served as the Managing Director and COO of Trotec Laser GmbH from April 2017 to June 2021. Martin also held the position of Plant Manager at Palfinger AG from January 2007 to February 2017, where they managed the operations of the plant. Additionally, they worked as the Global Process Manager at Palfinger AG from September 2005 to December 2006.

Martin Rehling started their career at KNAPP AG, where they worked as a Project Leader from April 1999 to September 2005 and in Controlling from September 1997 to March 1999.

Throughout their career, Martin Rehling has gained extensive experience in manufacturing, plant management, process management, and project leadership.

Martin Rehling started their education in 1991 at the Technische Universität Graz, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering. Martin successfully completed their studies in 1997. In 1996, they also had a study stint at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) in the field of Mechanical Engineering, although it does not specify if they attained a degree from this institution.
