Hugo Javier Alvarez Clavijo

Hugo Javier Alvarez Clavijo is currently the Vice President of International Mass Marketing and A&H at Pan-American Life Insurance Group. Hugo Javier also holds the title of Member Board Of Directors - Colombia and Regional Mass Marketing and A&H UW Director. Prior to their current position, Hugo Javier worked at MetLife Colombia as the Gerente de Suscripción Direct Marketing & Employee Benefits and at RSA as the Life Portfolio Manager and Affinity Senior Underwriter. Hugo also has experience as a Group Life and Health Senior Underwriter at Alico and as an Underwriter at AIG Vida - Alico. Hugo Javier holds a degree in Administrador de Empresas, Seguros from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
